Once your order is placed, we get to work immediately. Within 24–48 hours you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel live.

If anything changes (delay, etc.), we’ll always communicate this openly.

Returns & Exchanges

Not feeling it? No stress.You’ve got 14 days after delivery to return or exchange your order. For more information please check our return policy here

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original packaging.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days.

After processing, it can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Refunds are always sent to your original payment method.

  • Don’t tumble dry (air dry = lasts longer)
  • Don’t iron directly on prints

We stand behind our quality. If there’s a manufacturing defect, email us (with photos) and we’ll fix it.

Normal wear & tear is not covered.
