Returns conditions
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of stains, damage, or signs of wear

Return shipping costs are on the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return your order and place a new one.

Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are not refunded. You’ll get an email once your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact connect@grof.store within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll handle a replacement or refund.

Legal Rights of Withdrawal (EU)
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Exceptions:

  • Personalized items

  • Sealed goods that can’t be returned for hygiene once opened

Return Costs
Returns are at your own cost depending on the courier and your location. Please note:

  • We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or taxes on returns.

  • Keep your proof of shipment until your order is returned.

  • Returns that cannot be tracked or lack proof of shipment may be rejected.

Return Processing Time
We process returns as fast as possible. After we receive your package:

  • We handle it within 10 working days.

  • Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7 days after processing.
