Processing Time
We dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed during the weekend are processed the next working day.
Shipping Time
Delivery takes 4–8 working days globally. Every order is sent via a secure, fully tracked service. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

High Volume Periods
Sometimes the rave never stops… and neither do orders. Processing may take a bit longer during peak times, but we’ll get your gear to you as fast as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we can’t change or cancel it. Double-check your info before checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged, hit us up at connect@grof.store within 5 days and include photos if it’s damaged. We’ll sort it.
